This photo celebrates a 100+ prawn capture and the 150th voyage of the Antelope in Desolation Sound, August 2002, on the Cap Squadron Cruise. The Antelope is probably the smallest of all the member's boats, but also one of the most active. The last 150 trips have covered the waters from the San Juans' through Desolation Sound,the Columbia River and Inland Waters. The Antelope is run both Day and Night in all kinds of conditions, including numerous crossings of the Strait. Log journals recall many encounters with marine mamals, numerous tows and assistance to other pleasure craft, participation in SAR, MAREP Marine & Hydrographic, as well as the Cap Sqn Deadhead Marker Project.
