Pleasure Craft Operators Certificate ( PCOC ) Course This Certificaate is included as part of the CPS Boating Course Course Format The is a basic course is taught in three evenings, and is an introduction to boating. The first and second evening are lectures covering sections below. The final session is the official exam. It consists of a fifty question multiple choice exam. Upon successful completion of the exam on the third evening, the student will be issued a temparory Pleasure Craft Operators Certificate. CPS will later mail a permanent certificate to the student.
